Apartment in Al Barsha1 Near by Metro

Pros: The apartment itself. It's cozy, spacious, and the apartment is near restaurants,groceries, cafes, and malls.

Overall we highly recommend the place to stay when you visit Dubai.

Pros: It is situated at the middle of both awesome worlds of Burj Khalifa area and Marina/ Jumeirah. Very accessible to the metro station, west zone supermarket and Mall of Emirates. The price is very reasonable, the building facilities are quite new and we love the idea of single bed for each occupant. WiFi is super fast, clean and quiet.

Cons: There was no rice cooker in the apartment.

Overall, it’s exactly what we needed. A place for families from diff countries to be in one roof

Pros: That my family can stay in one roof. Spacious enough for 5-6 adults for sure and even add 2 more little kids if you like. My nephew shared the bed with his mom. Didn’t feel like a hotel. Felt like home away from home for us, like an apartment. Hosts/owners checked on us to make sure we were ok and would ask if we needed anything else. I did ask for more towels and he delivered extras and surprise us with real plates and mugs. Loved that the place had a hot water kettle. Having a washer and a stove was a plus too. Just don’t forget to turn the switch on before using them 😆. Super convenient that there’s a a restaurant below. As well as a pharmacy and Brands for Less store in the building. One of us forgot extra shoes so we were able to buy one without costing too much. Grocery store is within walking distance near Novotel.

Cons: It’s not that we didn’t like. This is what you can expect if you choose to stay here. We’d actually stay here again if we ever come back to Dubai. We were the 2nd booking of this place and the first big family, so they’re not really sure what’s needed yet. We would have loved it if there’s more chairs but owners said that’s already in the plan after I mentioned it to them. Some pots and cooking utensils and scissors would be great to have as well. My sister happened to be living nearby so she brought her rice cooker and a pot. We cooked breakfast as much as we could. A set of towels that included washcloths would also be great. We didn’t know you had to turn on water heater switch, so don’t forget to turn it on. 2 of us welcomed the cold showers on our first day so it wasn’t a big deal. Be ready to have the shower floor wet. Only half is covered by a glass door. Not sure what can be done with that. Glass door can also swivel so be careful holding on to it. The washer and stove also has on and off switch. After asking what to do with our trash, there’s actually a place to drop them in a separate room to the left of the elevator.
