Cayan Tower

Really enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Pros: Very nice spacious apartment, well furnished and equipped and very comfortable, in a great location close to restaurants and shops.

We had a great time

Pros: Great location, size of appartment, comfortable beds, nice view

Cons: The appt looks like that the regular repair&maintenance is needed. We very kindly asked if possible for some fee to leave 1- 2 hours later, not at 12:00. We were told that it is only possible if we pay extra whole night. It was disappointing . On the top the cleaning lady came earlier at 11:40 and started to clean. All in all it is sad as we love this appt, stayed there already for the second time.

Pros: The apartment as described, is very clean and has everything in it

Cons: they charged 100 Dirhams because of one the sheets had a small spot of makeup, which was too much

Great for a good nights sleep and base

Pros: I personally picked this property for its location, facilities and design.

Cons: There was no dovet, missing pillow case, stained pillow case and over all cleanliness was poor in certain areas.

Recommended.

Pros: The stay was very comfortable. Location was prime. Thanks to Ahmed for looking after my family well.

Pros: Very nice appartment with great view and location! Very comfortable beds. And great representative of Guesta Ahmad who was very supportive at our arrival and during our stay whenever we asked for advice or help.

Cons: The noise from the building which is being built just next to Cayen Tower. It was fine when the windows were closed but actually We could not than use the balcony at all. But this is not fault of host.

Infinity pool

Pros: The pool was amazing with gorgeous views of Dubai Marina. Great location close to nice restaurants..coffee shops…beauty shop inside building 🤩supermarket next to it. Definitely recommend it 5*

Overall good , more attention in cleaning the bathrooms

Pros: I liked the area , the flat is big , the bed was comfy . Kitchen equipped

Cons: I would say more cleaning on the bathrooms especially. When we arrived I had to actually clean the toilets as they were not properly cleaned( you could clearly see brown stains ). Also the sink from the big bathroom could go with a deep cleaning ( the edges were covered but if you looked under it was very dirty). Also the change towels were smelling like food ( don’t know why ) ALL OF THEM The washing machine was broken , we actually got our clothes stuck in there . As a tip to get them out we just unplugged the machine and waited for like 20 mins so we can open the door

Boa, a pessoa que nos tratou de tudo chamada de Nehal é muito atenciosa e flexível 🙌

Pros: As pessoaa eram todas simpáticas, muito atenciosos!

Cons: Gostei de tudo e recomendo, com excelente localização.

The owner Davud was aweome, very respectful, receptive, and also very responsive.Any problems he would answer you straig

Pros: Super clean super and tidy , fresh bedding towels , the pace was spotless. Good little gym with a shop at the bottoms for any conveniences you need . Absolutely loved the place . Had everything you would need . Perfect . Definitely coming back
