Very good stay, excellent value for money

Pros: Location, respondant host, nice building, helpful security, comfy studio, pet friendly, nice outside terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Very good quality for money

Cons: Cleaness could be improved, no coffee machine.

Pros: Goodl location right next to Bay Square (ideal if you have business there) offering quite a few F&B options and at walking distance of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment offers all the necessary tools for cooking, cleaning/hanging clothes, etc. and is comfortable enough for a long stay. The host is extremely helpful, arranging and responsive on requests. Cool view of Business Bay, Dowtown and DIFC skyline from the balcony. Nice building, very decent gym and a great rooftop swimming pool with a breathtaking view on Dubai most iconic landmark.

Good stay, comfy little studio. Nice host.

Pros: Decent little studio with a view facing South Ridge park on the quiet side of the Elite residence (not looking on to the motorway). The host was good . No complaints.

Cons: Balcony door was a little noisy. Needs a bit of maintenance.
