Nice clean and practical flat. Difficult location traffic wise to get in and out.

Pros: Conveniently organized, compact flat, well decorated. Nice and easy access pool. Bedroom has plenty of storage. Wifi is good enough to work from flat. Has large fridge, clean bath towels, and 24/7 security desk in the building. lots of convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants.

Cons: The access to the flat is the tricky part ((in and out by car). you cannot access this place any other way (no public transport nearby - only car or taxi). We are resident in Dubai and rented this flat on behalf of a family member coming for a visit, for a few days. A journey that would take 17 min took us double or more. It seems blocked 24/7 - traffic wise. Give yourself plenty of time to order a taxi and get to your destination.
