Pros: Fast response whenever needed, Clean, spacious, all amenities are provided. Good location. Walking distance to dubai mall

Cons: The loud car noises at night, even in the 20th floor.

Pros: שהינו בדירה לתקופת 6 לילות, הדירה מאוד נעימה ,נקייה ונוחה מבחינת מיקום,זמן הליכה עד הבורג'חליפה והקניון דובאי מול הוא 7 דק שזה היה ממש פרקטי ונוח. בבנין חדר כושר גדול ומאובזר ובריכת שחייה כיפית.

Cons: בדירה ביום השני נפל החשמל בשקעים של הדירה סימסתי לשירות הם מאוד אדיבים והם הגיעו שעה אחרי,הבעיה שיום למחרת וביום גם לאחר מכן התקלה חזרה על עצמה וזה כבר לא היה נוח ומאוד מעצבן,וכנראה שזו תקלה חוזרת על עצמה בחדר. נמענו להשתמש במכשרי החשמל בכדי לא להתחיל שוב את התהליך של קריאה ושירות ,,,,,מבעסס.

Pros: Our host Sadam was very kind and helpful, he did his best to let us check in earlier and check out later and he made sure we are comfortable. The place is cozy and clean and all the equipments work good. We enjoyed the stay!

Cons: Actually there is not much to say, all was good. Maybe just some minor things. Like there is no dishwasher, which is not a problem, but there are no place to put wet dishes and cups after washing. No kitchen tower either, so we had to use a bathroom tower for that. Also the dish soap container is broken, so its challenging to deal with a dishes, but this is just a minor thing, it's not a big problem. The windows are to the main street, so it can be pretty noisy for someone, but for me, it wasn't a big deal, it can be expected when you are living in Business Bay)
