Beautiful Apartment, Great Location

Pros: It was good, we were given a WhatsApp number to coordinate with which was helpful.

Cons: There was an issue about paying a security deposit of AED2,000 at check-in time. This was a surprise and a real inconvenience to us, as we needed to withdraw cash to take with us. This term wasn't clearly stated during the booking process on Booking.com. It would be much better to state this term while making any bookings order to make the necessary arrangements.

Definitely book again for our parents in the future

Pros: Amazing new apartment just in the center of Dubai hills. Everything is new and cozy. The meeting with agent was smooth and just in time, thank you Muhammad Sahood!

Cons: The only thing I would ask to add is to provide guests with local plugs to charge the devices. I should have brought mine
