A brilliant located apartment, with a holiday home feel.

Pros: Location, Location, Location!!! easy access to everything. No need to jump on the Metro just a short walk and you are by the Burj lake, can even see part of the fountain show from the balcony. Clean and tidy everything you need inc airer, iron and ironing board. Supermarket next door was a real lifesaver too! Its a real home from home.

Nice stay in a nice apartment.

Pros: Central location do Burj Kalifa and Dubai Mall. Close to the air-conditioned passage that leads from the metro to the Dubai Mall. There is a small supermarket just next door.

Cons: It was not completely silent, as there was some white noise, maybe from the ventilation system in the nearby buildings. There is a 10 cm gap below the floor and the shower glass, meaning the bathroom got wet whenever I took a shower. There was no place to store the bags between the flight arrival and the check-in time. But these are all minor problems.

Pros: Amazing customer service from the lady at the reception desk. I had some issues with checking-in but she was very patient and understanding of the situation. Always had a bright smile on her face! The view from the room was absolutely spectacular and the location is great! Very close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, within walking distance!

Cons: Everything you needed was to be contacted through the company and not the reception. Check-in could not be solely completed by the reception and if you needed more toiletries/bedding materials, you needed to contact the company.

Pros: Perfect location, very accessible to restaurants, groceries, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and more. Really happy getting this place its so nice, modern and clean. The space is really big for 3 pax.
