Very good.

Pros: The only hick-up was that Car Park access was not provided first three days, despite being requested. Not sure if information is properly handed over between shifts. Everything else was perfect. Please make sure Parking Card is in the room for tourists using private cars.

Pros: We stayed in apartment with one bedroom. Amazing location very near to Dubai mall through China town. Integrated kitchen. Garbage disposal room. Easy check in and out. We were allowed for late check out at 1pm and kept luggage in a store for 2 hours.

Cons: Balcony was small and width just fit drying rack.

Pros: It's Location nearl Dubai Mall Easy access through different gates Fast responding of Qstay that responsible for accomidation neighborhoods is calmy and No noises Great stay for families even those with baby. All kitchen stuff are available

Cons: The noise of adjecent building under construction prevent us enjoying the calmness of our stay. Several inconvinances in the apartment need fixation and was sent to accomidation company and they will work on them.

Amazing Apartment in perfect location.

Pros: Amazing location. Really well decorated and has everything you could ever need. We really enjoyed our stay. The communication is top call. From the moment we made the booking we were in constant contact to make our stay as best as possible. We really appreciated the extra hour late checkout and ability to leave our hand luggage while we spent time at the mall before our flight. 100% recommend.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Pros: This is our second year we have been, logistically it is fantastic, the staff are all lovely the apartment has everything you need and is always so clean

Location staff are perfect. Back of house staff need to better at offering solutions to customers when in need.

Pros: Location is unmatched. Across the road from Dubai Mall. Security and staff working there are very helpful.

Cons: We booked 2 Qstay properties back to back at different location. Our checkout was 11am but checkin can't be earlier than 3pm. Management was not able to offer much help. We were allowed to checkout at 12noon and would have been stranded within 4 suitcases and no where to go for 3 hrs. Site staff are able to find us a place to store our belongings for the 3 hrs.

I will go back there for sure with my family
