Pros: Location is near city center (3 km), view is good and all other thing like swimming poll, children's playground, gym is very nice additional value.

Cons: Traffic in Dubai i difficult.

Nice and big apartment

Pros: The location, pool, price and the size of apartment.

Cons: No reception for the building but only security and I have to wait in the lobby to have booking.com agent to arrive at the location to check me in! There was also a note in the room about «rules of hotel» which is not published in booking.com. The rules were a little surprising!

Pros: The apartmemt was more beautiful then shown in pictures. The view from the balcony and bedroom was so pretty i could spend whole day looking at it. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Location is near to the center. I would book it again

Exceptional stay. Hassle free.

Pros: The location was perfect and very near to where the conference was held. We were also able to see one of the scenic view which is the Dubai Canal.

Cons: None. For me it's a cozy place. I was able to sleep well. Added bonus, the host decided not take the security deposit anymore. Less hassle checking out. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Pros: I travel a lot and have many experiences Honestly, the two-bedroom apartment is amazing Apartment with a distinctive and amazing view Very very clean apartment Safety and security The apartment rental price is very, very reasonable compared to the rest of the apartments in the heart of Dubai There is a supermarket, restaurants and many services The best thing is that the apartment owner is incredibly helpful. He is interested in every detail of the client Easy login and logout. I recommend it to families and everyone

Cons: funcionária da recepção, muito antipática, e a limpeza do apartamento ficou a desejar, tinha bastante baratas, máquina de café não funciona e as louças sujas
