Fantastic stay!

Pros: The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown skyline is absolutely stunning – both during the day and at night. The location in Business Bay/Downtown is perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet still within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the vibrant Downtown area. The building also offers a great pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – I would definitely book again

Room 1609

Pros: A spacious clean apartment having all requirements with good location & private parking & security

Cons: Some of the flat facilities needs maintenance as i found the hall window was not closing properly leading to sounds & wind leaks. Also the hall toilet door was squeezing during opening and closing. I have reported this to the them & gave them a timing to attend but they were late in talking an action. In addition, they were some how rude when i requested to get an additional plastic bags for dust bins since i was staying for 5 nights, they said \

Комфорт и эстетика

Pros: Великолепная квартира с точки зрения комфорта и эстетики. Хозяева пытаются предусмотреть массу бытовых мелочей, чтобы гостям было удобно. В целом уровень 10+

Cons: Dear Landlord, if you wanna make your service perfect, please change the pillows to the soft ones. The current ones are near to be like a stone. It was very difficult to sleep. Also your support team should improve the level of communication and keep in mind previous conversation. Don’t ask client the same 3 times.
