Nice and comfortable place

Pros: Comfortable apartment for one or two people. All required thing for leaving are there such as, towels, shampoo, hair drier, dishes etc. overall very good experience. Personnel WhatsApp chat available with good response. As well building security were very friendly and helpful

Cons: Apartment cleaning is 7 out of 10. Over very good but still room for improvement

Lovely studio and great neighborhood

Pros: Loved the Azizi neighborhood and the food options here and convenience to explore downtown Dubai but close enough to festival city, mirdiff and other areas - room is clean and seems to be well kept. Comfortable and felt like home.

Cons: The hosts wanted the refundable security deposit before I even arrived or got a chance to confirm that the apartment was in condition which was stated to me by the host. This is confusing because you are not supposed to give a security deposit for something you have not seen yet - this makes the host seem less trustworthy. The AC was too cold for us and we could not adjust it but I am sure in the UAE summer it is necessarily to be that cold.
