Exceptional service, comfort, and location.

Pros: The entire experience staying at this property was exceptional, even for the high standards of service I am used to when renting short-stay apartments in Dubai. The communication with the host even before arriving in Dubai was clear and efficient, the place was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, and fully equipped. I specially appreciated the basic supplies which were provided free of additional charge (coffee and creamer, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, toiletries, and even some nice snacks), they really made a difference making my stay easier and more convenient. The place is also very well-located, 20 minutes drive from the airport, and 20 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Overall an absolutely fantastic experience. My deepest appreciation for this host and his team, and I very much look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pros: We had a great stay and a very pleasant experience overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent — very polite, understanding, and helpful at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the smooth handling of everything during our stay. We would happily choose this place again on our next visit to Dubai and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was well organized and comfortable.

Haroon is a 10/10 host along with management and location!

Pros: The host was exceptional! Haroon made sure everything was available for me and at any moment's noticed, he was there to make sure my requests were addressed i.e. parking, internet, booking, use of appliances, etc. The suite has everything you need and very clean.

Cons: The gym and garbage shoot needs more TLC and to be updated. I didn't use the pool - so I'm unable to say.
