Overall the stay was peaceful albeit expensive!

Pros: The room was very clean and tidy and all the basic amenities were present which made my stay very comfortable.

Cons: My check in process was not seamless, as I faced an issue with online payments. There was no alternative method of payment either, as I had to book through Booking.com. Also the remote staff was highly unprofessional and did not handle the situation well. There was no host present to welcome us and I had to wait for over an hour to complete the check in, after a long flight of over 12 hours! Overall it was quite stressful. Initially I was told that the property was in Downtown close to the Dubai Mall, whereas we were sent to Damac Celestia in the South of Dubai, which was extremely remote & the information provided was misleading! Due to this I had to pay hefty taxi fares for the four day stay!
