Exclusive Designer Studio by Marina

Pros: We have stayed (as a small family) at Exclusive Designer Studio by Dubai Marina from 23-27 January 2026. The location is perfect, short walk (2-3 min) and you reach Dubai Marina promenade. The apartment is perfectly regulated with all ameneties that you need. Very clean as well. Long story short - it's fully worth it. Ps. Janes, the owner is very caring and provided all his help before and during the stay. 5-star review from us.

My stay was absolutely perfect!

Pros: Alright, here's what I loved about the property! The property was incredibly spacious, which immediately gave off a sense of freedom and relaxation. It was so bright and airy, with natural light pouring in from every direction, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. And the cleanliness? Impeccable! It was clear that a lot of care was taken to keep the space spotless and tidy, which added to the overall feeling of comfort. The layout was perfect, making it easy to move around and enjoy every part of the property. The design was both stylish and functional, with a seamless flow between the different areas. Plus, the location was absolutely excellent, offering both convenience and tranquility. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience. The combination of spaciousness, brightness, cleanliness, and the prime location made it a place I would love to call home. It was truly a relaxing and enjoyable space!

Well equipped and clean, would definitely stay again

Pros: Location was great, short walk to Jumeirah Beach and all the shops, restaurant and activities. Overall apt was lovely and had everything we needed.

Cons: Towels were very small, sofa bed was a little uncomfortable however this wouldn’t deter us from staying again in the future.

Cons: Il giorno della partenza, dovendo lasciare la stanza alle 11.00, abbiamo chiesto di poter accedere alla piscina per 3 ore nell'attesa di partire per l'aeroporto, ma ci hanno detto che non era consentito

Pros: Molto carino l’appartamento, ben arredato con tutto quello che possa servire. La posizione ottima. Particolarmente utile un grande supermercato nello stesso edificio, con accesso dalla Hall, molto ben fornito per chi voglia mangiare anche in casa.

Cons: Purtroppo il campo da tennis era in manutenzione.

Pros: Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. W razie jakichkolwiek problemów czy pytań, dostawałam odpowiedź i potrzebna pomoc bardzo szybko. Upewniono się że nasz pobyt jest udany i niczego nam nie brakuje

Cons: Nie polecam dla więcej niż 2 osób. Łóżko podwójne jest miękkie i bardzo wygodne ale sofa nadaje się bardziej do siedzenia niż do spania - rozkłada się jako płaski materac na podłodze który nie jest zbyt wygodny. Ale dla pary takie mieszkanie jak najbardziej super
