Nice place and nice hospitality of the owner

Pros: The location, along with the warm hospitality of the owner and the helpful coordinator, Ms. Federica, truly made the experience special.

Cons: There are quite a few constructions in the area, which might affect your sleep since they operate 24/7. I shared some concerns with the owner, and I appreciate his willingness to listen and promise improvements. I also reassured him that I will return soon. The delay with the tower team regarding parking permissions is due to their overactive behavior, so I ask for your patience. Additionally, since you haven't provided your car details—your car was rented from the airport—this has caused some delays. But overall, it's not a negative point; it just takes some extra time, which might make you feel like you don't have enough time, especially if you have another appointment coming up.

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped and designed for comfort. Loved the heated pool as we traveled with kids. The location was excellent and extremely convenient, as there was small grocery stores next door.

Pros: В целом апартаменты хорошие, но не новые. Была вся необходимая посуда для комфортного проживания, вода на первое время. Красивый вид с балкона. Отзывчивый персонал, спасибо Federica за оперативное решение проблем.

Cons: Красивый вид с балкона был испорчен грязными и не мытыми стеклами. При заезде была грязная вытяжка.

Pros: Чистая, уютная квартира. Вся техника есть. Очень приятный и честный владелец квартиры. На первом этаже супер-маркет небольшой. Бассейн с подогревом, и в феврале это спасло, потому что всё-таки не купальная погода.

Cons: Все окна на большую дорожную развязку. Гул круглые сутки и постоянная стройка рядом. Даже с закрытыми окнами стоит гул. На балконе комфортно сидеть и пить кофе по утрам, но под сильный шум машин. Детская площадка супер-маленькая.
