Pros: Very nice location, pool directly at the residence, supermarket only 100 m from the entrance, very nice biew from the 67th floor over Jumeirah Palm Jenny was very nice and helpful from the beginning, answering any questions quickly through WhatsApp.

Cons: Bathroom needs renovating

Pleasent, amazing night view with access to the walk around the marina.

Pros: It's located in prime spot with amazing view of Dubai Marina. Special mention to Ms. Jenny who assisted us in check-in process, though we arrived late in the evening due to delay in immigration at the border, she was very kind to help us settle. All staff in the property were polite, welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Propery expect us to do minimal cleaning before check-out or else expect fine/deduction from the caution deposit. We were asked to dispose the garbage in garbage dumbwaiter which we never did in any of our trips/stay.

Pros: Wohnung super lage.
