Pros: Good location, nice building, nice fully equipped apartment, Internet working fine as well. Contact with host really good, quickly solving all inconveniences (single ones, nothing serious) and answering all questions.

Cons: Balcony doors locks were not in place, due to past issue but still I was worried at the beginning if my kids won't sneak outside unattended. All daily used spaces were clean but those used less often (some kitchen cabinets, balcony doors) were not touched from some time. Be carefull when traveling in January, with a bit of bad luck there might be unexpectedly cold.

Pros: From the moment of booking, the communication with the owner was very good and any question we sent, he answered immediately. We were greeted at the reception and personally led us to the apartment. The apartment is large and equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the comfortable beds and good quality linens. The location is central so it is very easy to get to any attraction. The outdoor pool on the 5th floor as well as the lounge area on the 97th floor were highly appreciated. Many thanks to Rajnish and his team for always being available for any request we had.

Pros: I recommend 100%, very well located, with a wonderful view, large and comfortable apartment. We arrived before check-in time, we were able to put our suitcases down and the owner came to meet us. So we would definitely come back.

A beautiful experience with a view

Pros: A beautiful unforgettable experience. The view is very beautiful. It was our most beautiful accommodation in a city and I am Genius 3. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of January. Perfect weather to drink coffee at sunrise on the large terrace from the kitchen. The conditions were beyond expectations and the price was very good. Impeccable cleanliness and prompt correspondence on whatsapp. When we checked out, we were invited up to Mr. Rajnish's apartment to see the view from the 92nd floor. The area where the building is located is very vibrant. You have a tram station close by, Carrefour Market and a cheaper restaurant. Dubai Marina is a few minutes walk away in a walk where it is full of terraces and restaurants, shops and yacht rides. It was very nice. Thank you for all the hospitality and we sincerely hope to return.

Amazing apartment and amazing host

Pros: The facilities and the were great The host was very polite and was always quick to respond This is the first time I've ever given a 10 and it's easily a 10. I only planned to go to Dubai once but this apartment was so good I will likely come again at some point in the future.

Cons: It's not really a big issue because the doors do a good job of keeping out the sound but on Sunday and Monday night it's possible to hear some music from what looks like one of the clubs nearby if you don't shut the doors. I just had the aircon on low and couldn't hear anything after realising what it was.

The host and staff were great. The place is worth the experience.

Pros: It’s not often you get to stay so high up, the apartment has four individual balconies. It was neat and tidy. Our host was great, even greeted us at the apartment when our flight was delayed late on arrival night. He was very helpful with extra area info and his recommendations were great. We even had access to the 97th lounge floor for even more views. Close walking distance the Marina and public transport. There was also an indoor and outdoor pool. Supermarkets close by if required.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. I would recommend if possible try to avoid the summer months as the heat is intense day and night.

Great place to stay

Pros: Spacious, friendly host specially came visited check if we are ok did not have no space for any complain had a wonderful time. The space was massive good to fit a family of 7 the staff was excellent the view from the 82 nd floor was to die for
