Brand New Downtown unit! Bvlgari World Island View

Pros: It was an amazing stay. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything a guest needs, and the location was excellent and close to all amenities. The team was very cooperative, and communication was easy and fast. I truly appreciate the warm welcome and outstanding service, and I will definitely return again in the future.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, and the property was so well maintained it felt like home, and the provided equipment was working properly, and also at night we were able to sleep comfortably, it was a really good night.

Cons: Nothing to be found.

Great location, incredible views

Pros: The apartment was spotless, view was amazing and the pool was great for the kids. Brilliant location, short walk to the Burj Khalifa, mall and metro. Grocery store was close by too. The host provided us with 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs for our twin babies which was really helpful. They were easy to get in touch with and replied to my messages straight away. Do not hesitate to book, this place is fantastic.

Cons: Bed mattresses and pillows were a bit hard for my liking

Lage top, Organisation schlecht.

Pros: Die Lage geht kaum besser. Zudem ist der Ausblick aus der 56. Etage toll gewesen. Die Betten und Kissen sind bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Zudem gibt es ein großes Gym und eine anständige Poolanlage.

Cons: Check-in erfolgte erst um knapp 16 Uhr, obwohl 15 Uhr angesagt war. Die Dame, die uns in Empfang nahm, verspätete sich deutlich und ließ uns in der Lobby warten. Nach ihrer Ankunft wurde sich dafür nicht entschuldigt, was ich für unangemessen empfinde. Die Haustür lässt sich nur per App (etwas nervig die einzurichten) öffnen, was ich persönlich für störend empfunden habe, da ich mein Telefon gern Mal im Appartement gelassen hätte. Zudem gibt es keine Möglichkeit, seine Koffer vor dem Check-in zu deponieren. Die nächste Möglichkeit hierfür ist in der Dubai Mall und kostet ca. 12 Euro pro Koffer. Die Möbel und Schränke fallen teilweise auseinander. Noch nicht in dem Ausmaß, dass es mega störend ist, aber das sollte der Anbieter im Blick behalten.

Heerlijk ruim appartement op een voortreffelijke locatie!

Pros: Nieuw, goed uitgerust, heerlijke bedden en kussens, super werkende airco en goed ingerichte keuken. Ook de twee badkamers was erg prettig. Zeker na even sporten in de gym of een duik in het zwembad.

Cons: Het was handig geweest als er wat vaatdoekjes en theedoeken waren geweest. Maar verder niks dan lof!

Pros: Location was zeer goed. Het appertement is voor 4 personen. De zetel om te slapen viel tegen. We kregen richtlijnen via you tube. Wat niet altijd lukte.

Cons: Je kon nergens u baggage 🧳 stockeren. Een hele organisatie waardoor je van alles moet regelen die dag.
