One of the best apartment in this building

Pros: Nice and clean apartment with incredible fountain and Burj Khalifa view. I was the second time in this building and every time wants to come back. Perfect location for parking. All amenities for kitchen and bathroom. Strongly recommended. Super easy self check in and out.

Super Lage in Downtown mit tollem Blick

Pros: Ganz klar, die Aussicht war perfekt.Ich buche immer Apartments in Downtown und dieses hatte eine super Lage und einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Fontänen und den Burj Khalifa und auch der Pool auf der 12.Etage hatte diese tolle Aussicht. Es waren Dank extra Zugang nur wenige Schritte bis in die Mall, was ich genial fand. Außerdem gab es einen tollen Food Curt direkt im Nebengebäude.Das Personal war extrem freundlich und auch der Host war super nett.Er hatte uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Vielen Dank noch mal an dieser Stelle, wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit.

Cons: Da gibt es eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Der Balkon war bei unserer Ankunft aufgrund des vorherigen Sandsturmes etwas eingestaubt, aber das lies sich mit den vorhandenen Putzutensilien schnell beheben.Wenn man noch nie in Dubai Downtown war, sollte man allerdings beachten das es an dieser Straße immer laut ist und 24/7 reger Verkehr herrscht. Uns stört das nicht, für mich gehört das zum Dubai Sound dazu.

Skvělý výhled na Burj Khalifa

Pros: Jeden z nejlepších výhledů na Burj Khalifa a fontánu. Výborná poloha pro prohlídku centra Dubaje. Pronajímatelé velmi vstřícní k mým požadavkům.

Cons: Recepce nevstřícná, nekompetentní, kdy vám při nočním příjezdu sdělí, že vás nemají v seznamu hostů. V bytě starší, již trochu opotřebovaný nábytek a zařízení. Je třeba doladit některé drobnosti, uzamčený trezor, chybějící tablety do myčky, popřípadě kartáč a hubka na mytí nádobí. Také by bylo vhodné aby pronajímatel zajistil v době příjezdu funkčnost elektřiny a plynu v bytě, popřípadě dopředu napsal, které všechny vypínače a jističe je nutno zapnout, aby bylo vše funkční. I přes výše uvedené, bych se ráda vrátila.
