Elite Royal Apartment - Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - 2 bedrooms and 1 open bedroom without partition

Amazing view

Pros: We had an exceptional stay at Elite Royal! From the moment we arrived, Aries greeted us warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. He personally escorted us to our apartment, which was not only comfortable but also impeccably organized. Throughout our stay, Aries went above and beyond, checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. The view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain show was absolutely breathtaking—an experience we’ll never forget. A special thank you to Aries, whose outstanding service and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. His dedication and attention to detail were truly appreciated.

MEMORABLE STAY

Pros: BEST PART OUR STAY WAS OUR DEAR HOST MR ALDRIN WHO WAS ONE CHAT AWAY FOR ALL THE SERVICES AND GUIDANCE .WIDE RANGE OF BREAKFAST OPTIONS AND VERY GOOD VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY OF FOUNTAIN AND BURJ KALIFA

Cons: NOTHING .

Loved the location will visit again when my kids r grown

Pros: Loved the location the view and comfortable bedding and sofa kitchen was fully functional and spacious bathrooms

Cons: Can’t make any sounds even if kids r shouting and crying or if u r laughing loud neighbours will complain

Worth more than a 10

Pros: The staff are very organised, Systems in place good 👍 View is just wonderful. This place is such a hidden gem. The breakfast included is a bonus. Arabic breakfast delicious. This is a place to be if you prefer to relax and have uninterrupted views of burj khalifa and dubai fountains. It's child friendly and also wil give you privacy rather than being in a mall surrounded by Tons of people It's somewhere I would hope to visit again.

Cons: The beds make wooden type noise sounds when you get onto it or turn at times. This can hinder your sleep. You can get to enjoy your sleep at other times. The bathrooms have slight leaks here and there (they attend to everything efficiently and have maintenence attend to it asap, that's good but on holiday not preferable) The renovations aren't all that noisy or distracting however sometimes it seems like they start earlier than mentioned and there are knocking and banging sounds at random times. The place can do with updating the showers and doing a revamp to the apartment. That being said they do a good job in keeping it guest friendly and have many systems in place to ensure the proper functioning of it. It's very comfortable. On the 3rd day of our breakfast we found 2 black hairs in our food (arabic breakfast egg and tomato, this was not good but the other days everything was cleaner) Also provide coffee with no sugar sachets everymorning? Food lacks salt at times with no salt sachet etc Orange juice is a must and it can't be changed if you prefer an alternative. This can be fixed and adjusted by them easily, if they want to improve their amazing service further. Wear and tear is expected but these are such minor issues which hopefully in the future they will also renovate and update the place .... it isn't lacking anything serious so try to visit and stay at this place to enjoy the unique location.It's a lovely place. When you leave, you hope to return ... that says it all. Definitely worth more than a 10.

Exceptional and will be back

Pros: The breakfast absolutely exceeded expectations. The hosts were great and the location was amazing! Watching the fountains from the balcony was incredible. I loved everything about our stay.

Cons: Finding it very hard to find anything I didn't like

Burj Khalifah View! Easy access to Dubai Mall with a long walk!

Pros: We have the best great possible view ! Right infront of Burj Khalidah and water fountain without any block! Our host Cherry was amazing in terms of collaboration, helping us to accommodate and relocate our luggages which I highly appreciate ! The apartment is nicely designed with comfort

Cons: Washing machine has no dryer! Clothes come out of machine with water dripping !

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich würde sicher auch wieder kommen mit Ohrenstöpsel ;-)

Pros: Sehr schönes und großes Appartement mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Fontane und den Burj Khalifa. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nette Begrüßung bei Ankunft, jeden Morgen Frühstück ins Zimmer bekommen.

Cons: Es war etwas laut. Baulärm den ganzen Tag, dann die Übungen für die Silvester Show, wo nachts um 4 Uhr Jetskis vor dem Fenster vorbei gefahren sind und 2 std geübt haben. Dafür konnte die Unterkunft natürlich nichts. Als wir ankamen war es sehr kalt, die Klimaanlage heizt nicht so haben wir uns etwas erkältet. Selten in Dubai aber im Dezember kann es auch mal kalt sein

Unforgettable vacation

Pros: Our host Darwin went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was responsive at any time of day and met us upon arrival to show us everything in the apartment. He provided us with a safe on our request. Breakfast was always delivered on time and was fresh. The pool was clean, with very comfortable water temperature. The only downside was that, on some mornings, all fabric seats were wet (after washing), which made them uncomfortable to use.

Cons: A bit more menu selection would be appreciated. The noise from the air-conditioning system was a bit disturbing at night.

Pros: We spent 3 days in this wonderful place. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Anthony for his kind attention and help. Hope to see you soon.
