great location ,clean . host is very friendly , You can find all what you need in the apartment .
Pros: --Location is great . close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa --Many restaurants and cafes near the building . 7/24 open grocery market --Our host is very friendly . He is fully responsive whenever we required anything. He cared a lot about our stay , even the last day early in the morning , he wondered and asked if we could arrange the taxi back to the airport --Easy access to main building and apartment . --The apartment is equipped with all necessary items for daily living .(charging devices & cables . air condition -works properly , smart TV , iron , washing and dishing machines, etc . --Kitchen is user friendly and equipped with many necessary items for cooking --4 elevators which are running speedy and safety , (important for such big buildings ) cool swimming pool , clean and easy accessible
Cons: --The bathroom could be better

Spacious luxury apartment walking distance form the Burj Khalifa.
Pros: Easy to find, super-responsive host, and clear instructions. The place is a stone's throw from burj khalifa and Dubai Mall. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Choice of supermarkets yards from reception.
Cons: The gym is a little basic but comparable to most hotel gyms. It has enough for a decent workout, with a cable machine and free weights with cardio machines. It does the job.

Pros: Profesionalismul de la primire pana la plecare Informațiile oferite Curățenia, spațiul,2 bai ,bucătărie echipata , cafea&ceai&ape, balconul pe spate cu priveliște la bulevardul principal. Dimineata liniște si priveliște la piscina de la et.3 Priveliște la Burj la cafeaua de dimineață Apa calda in piscina. Aproape de Mall&Burj , 12min pe jos sau 20dirhami cu Uber pentru comoditate.
Cons: Totul a fost peste așteptări si cu siguranță dacă revenim , tot aici venim

würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man gerne zentral und unterwegs ist und nicht nur am Pool Zeit verbringen will
Pros: super zentral, Wohnung war gross, man erhält extrem schnell eine Antwort vom Personal und sie waren sehr freundlich
Cons: Puztdienst muss man extra zahlen aber ist nicht sehr teuer. Am Pool gibt es keine Tücher, also muss man mitnehmen. Der Pool selber ist ganz ok.

Wonderful stay at a great place !
Pros: The property was perfectly located in downtown, have access to all necessities and landmarks. In the apartment we found everything what we need including a nice bedroom, a big comfortable sofa bed, a dining , big kitchen with an appliances, iron , washing machine and and and …. Gym and pool was cool The most important for us was the extremely caring host… taking care of the guest and answering timely and professionally
Cons: Nothing. Instead the host provided us parking in basement…it was a plus

Pros: Świetne miejsce na zwiedzanie okolic Burg Khalify. 10-15 min spacerem do Burg Khalify, fontann i galerii Dubai Mall. 22 piętro, cudowne widoki z salonu i sypialni. 2 łazienki, zestawy kosmetyków, woda w lodówce, kawa, śmietanka do kawy, herbatą i sukier są dostępne.

Pros: 我们住得非常愉快！公寓干净整洁，现代时尚，和照片上的一模一样。地理位置绝佳——哈利法塔、迪拜购物中心和迪拜喷泉都在步行范围内，给我们的行程节省了不少时间。入住手续办理得很顺利，入住指南也非常清晰。房东在WhatsApp上回复迅速，我们有任何疑问都能很快得到解答。Wi-Fi速度很快.我们需要的一切都已准备妥当。我们一定会再次入住，并强烈推荐！

Downtown Dubai Boulevard is the place to Stay!
Pros: The apartment's location was perfect, well-equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Easy to get around, especially with the main attractions nearby and lots of food and beverage options. Jones the Grocer and Black Sheep were great for morning coffee and a quick bite; for everything else, there is Spinney's, and the majestic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are within walking distance. We loved it and hope to come back someday!
