Overall a comfortable stay for one person

Pros: A comfortable apartment. Reception very helpful and very friendly. Great location for quick Taxi and Uber arrivals. Wifi good. Shower was excellent. King size bed and daily cleaning and bed make up was excellent.

Cons: Room 318 was a very long walk from the Reception lifts (third floor). Facilities slightly dated for such a premium price but still fit for purpose. No bath. Very scarce on kitchen utensils (just one spoon and two glasses, no cups etc) and I had to ask for coat hangers and were delivered two for may 5 nights stay!

A comfortable stay made exceptional by truly outstanding and caring service.

Pros: We stayed at City Stay Residence in Dubai for one night while traveling to Stockholm, and the experience was excellent. The residence was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a very pleasant stopover. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Iftaker Hussain. He went above and beyond his duty by waking up before his shift just to assist us and ensure that we reached the airport on time. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care were truly impressive and made our journey stress-free. It was amazing to receive such special support, and City Stay Residence is fortunate to have someone like him in their management team. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
