Pros: very close to the Dubai Marina and to a tram station, the view was very nice from the 23rd floor, kitchen was fully packed with everything you need, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a living room with an open space kitchen, air conditioner worked fine in all rooms

Cons: building next door was under construction and sometimes we could hear some noises from there but they were not that disturbing sometimes the cold water was missing from the shower and placing the foset all the way to cold would still give very hot water
