Luxury apartment on the metro facing Dubai Marina

A fantastic apartment—spacious, modern, fully equipped with thoughtful details

Pros: An outstanding apartment! Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with an elegant interior and new, high-quality furniture. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils to spices and bathroom essentials. Despite facing the street, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The nearby metro makes getting around easy, and the owner is incredibly responsive, providing quick assistance with anything needed!

Pros: Amazing apartment, I believe the best that I have stayed in Dubai. Very cozy and clean, seems like recently refurbished, has everything that you need. And a modest price compared to other apartments in JLT. Owner is very nice and responsive.

These are apartments where every little detail has been thought out for your comfort.

Pros: These are wonderful apartments to stay in Dubai. The owners have thought through every little thing here that you might need. This includes all the necessary utensils and appliances in the kitchen, the availability of hygiene products, and the ability to wash and iron your clothes. And even such pleasant little things as a cozy blanket if you want to watch a movie on the sofa, and a beach bag with towels if you get ready to go to the beach. I liked the accessibility to the metro and free transfer from the airport, the cleanliness of the apartment. I also want to note the attentiveness of the owners - they always quickly responded to my messages and resolved my questions.

Cons: During my 25 days of stay, I didn’t find a single moment that I didn’t like ))

Perfect apartment in every way

Pros: Perfect sized studio apartment with everything you could possible need. Loved that we found teabags, coffee pods, sugar and washing pods to get us started. The furniture and fittings are all good quality and stylish! Which I would have expected to pay more for. Was originally looking for an apartment at the marina, so pleased I looked a little further afield to Jumeirah lakes, much nicer place to stay, eat and explore from with tram and metro on doorstep. We communicated with the owners by WhatsApp which worked really well. Instructions to get into apartment clear and easily carried out.

Cons: Not a thing to dislike, perfect!

Excellent accommodation, well managed and would highly recommend.

Pros: The check-in process to the room and access to the underground carpark happened without any problems. The room was clean, well-furnished and had all the amenities you need in an apartment.

Great value with great hosts

Pros: Host outstanding. Towels were very nice and the experience was similar to a 5 star hotel. Host put much effort into their property. Metro next and 7 minute walk to Marina Mall
