Perfect one-night stay — quiet, well equipped, beautiful balcony

Pros: We spent a perfect night here. Check-in at reception was quick and the keypad entry was effortless. The kitchen is genuinely modern and had everything we needed, so we cooked a simple meal. The balcony looks straight over the pool and lagoon—we spent the evening out there enjoying the breeze and reflections. We tried the gym, but the surprise highlight was a quiet meditation in the free yoga room; such a calm space. Inside, a printed guide to what’s on in Dubai for the year and a neighbourhood map saved us a lot of planning time. You can tell real thought went into the small details; the place feels composed and relaxing, and the whole resort is very quiet at night. Tasteful, elegant décor without clutter. Strongly recommended for travellers and visitors.

Exceptional complex with a wonderful pool landscape!

Pros: Übersetze auf Deutsch The apartment is very cozy, new, and furnished in a very modern style. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The seating in the living room can be reclined like an American armchair, making it perfect for a cozy movie night. The view from the balcony is great and, above all, very quiet. What really stands out, however, is the entire complex as well as the pool. It is in no way inferior to a 5-star hotel and is very well maintained and peaceful. Soft, relaxing piano music is played in the background, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the complex is only a few months old, so everything still feels new. An absolute insider tip for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility in Dubai!

Cons: A second seat on the balcony would be great.

Pros: It was clean and cozy , the location and the view of the balcony is gorgeous easy access to the apartment from the parking and the owner is friendly

Cons: Everything was perfect except the parking you get only one spot, and the noise of the cars in the early morning around 8am until 10am of the cars from dubai autodrome circuit couldn’t sleep well, besides that the whole stay was quiet at night

Pros: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view over the lagoon was stunning 😍 and the place was super calm and relaxing. The kitchen was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was so easy and smooth. Came for one night, stayed three — Amazing lagoon view & 5-min check-in

Pros: We arrived at Vincitore Benessere (Arjan) just before sunset and the place matched the photos: a real lagoon-view balcony, a spotless 1BR, comfy bed and Cozy room, well-set kitchen. Reception check-in took under 5 minutes and the smart code door was effortless. Quiet nights, fast Wi-Fi, and free covered parking made it easy to settle in. The building’s pool, gym and sauna were a nice bonus, and being 5–7 minutes from Miracle Garden with quick E311 access helped for getting around. We’d booked one night but ended up staying three. A quick note on the host : was genuinely helpful and responsive throughout. We’d happily come back for a longer break.
