Luxe Living: Spacious Waterfront 2BR in Marina Gate

Pros: Excellence across the board – location, vibe, quality, and the best gym on the Marina.

A true Marina icon – 10/10+ in every sense 🏅

Pros: This apartment in Marina Gate 2 is truly the crème de la crème of the Marina. Perfectly located on the 30th floor, it offers breathtaking panoramic views all around. The interior design is exceptionally tasteful and exquisitely curated, with great attention to detail. Marina Gate 2 is the prime address at the pier, with direct access to the Marina Walk. Carrefour, cafés, and restaurants are right at the building entrance. The gym is quite simply one of the best we have ever seen in a residential building—featuring Technogym equipment as well as more specialized machines, all set in a beautifully designed space overlooking the Marina. Communication was excellent: available around the clock, incredibly friendly, and very considerate. This was not just a stay. This apartment is a statement—and a clear reference for 10 points and beyond.

Great apartment

Pros: We are very happy with our stay. The apartment has high quality furniture and he view from it is gorgeous. Below there was also a great swimming pool and the area around the building has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Best place to stay on the Marina (which is the most affordable area if you want quick taxi access to Atlantis and Dubai

Pros: gorgeous marina/city views from all windows; modern appliances and beautiful finish in the apartment and communal areas. We had the best pool facilities of all our friends staying in neighbouring residences and the comfiest beds. They all wished they'd picked this one. It's only a step outside to the marina and all it's restaurants; large carrefour with bakery and coffee downstairs; journey time to Atlantis between 10-25 mins and to Dubai mall 15-45 mins depending on time of day/traffic. We felt very safe there (all women and children) and Mohamed was very helpful (especially given we booked it about 30 mins before arrival from another property which was a horror) and responsive. Would absolutely stay there again.

Pros: Это были отличные апартаменты! Нас очень хорошо встретили, показали номер, предоставили приветственные напитки! Апартаменты находятся на 30 этаже, с балкона открывается прекрасный вид на Дубай-марину, из апартаментов можно не выходить) В апартаментах современный дизайн. На территории есть подогреваемый бассейн, сауна, парковка (не пользовались). На балконе стоит удобное кресло-качалка. В здании располагается супермаркет, где можно купить закуски и лёд для напитков. Вход в апартаменты по пин-коду, но с собой надо иметь карту доступа для входа в здание (за утерю карты штраф 500 AED).

Cons: Стеклянные ограждения на балконе промыты до того, куда дотягивается рука клининга) хотелось бы более чистых ограждений для полного наслаждения видами.

Замечательный отдых в прекрасных апартаментах

Pros: Место очень удачное - недалеко станции трамвая и метро, магазины и куча кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. Хороший, комфортный этаж с шикарным видом на Марину и на город. Очень просторные апартаменты. Все в хорошем состоянии. Есть все необходимое для проживания , вплоть до пляжных полотенец и сумок + у нас была включена уборка. Ощущение хорошего отеля , но с некоей своей приватностью и свободой. Коммуникация с управляющим была легкой и все было без проблем.

Cons: Понравилось все. Я бы предложил разместить инструкцию по управлению системой кондиционирования :)

Pros: Очень светлые апартаменты с потрясающим видом из всех окон. Балкон расположен идеально. Отличные бассейны и сауна в комплексе. В апартах были кофе, стиральная машинка, шампуни и тд, капсулы для посудомойки. Выглядит лучше, чем на фото. Рекомендую
