Pros: Pressurise the client not giving the check and ask for the huge security deposit around 2000 dirham only for five days

Pros: The apartment and the views are stunning and spectacular.

Cons: There were some small issues with A/C and a dishwasher, at this price tag I would expect everything to work perfectly.

Pros: The view, Well placed robust furniture Decent Linen Very well communicated property information

Cons: Towels very few Bin Liners

Great apartment but some basic additions required.

Pros: Great views from the balcony , very spacious apartment , carrefour below was ideal. It is a further walk into the marina than we realised.

Cons: Great kitchen facilities with the exception of crockery , 2 spoons , 2 bowls , marketed for 4 people, would suggest the crockery is replenished and updated. There was also no shower/bath mats so you we ended up using the towels on the floor , which were at a minimum. Coffee pods provided but unfortunately they were the wrong ones for the machine. These are all basic items that you would expect to be provided .

Pros: Amazing view, sea view from all rooms! Walking distance to the beach. The flat is clean and absolutely comfortable, with all necessary equipment. All the supporting staff of both Eden and the 5242 building are very nice and helpful

Cons: Just a minor recommendation to provide full set of towels for all the guests upon arrival

It’s a a pleasant stay and we celebrated the new year.

Pros: Nice view from the comfort of the flat. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Not than clean specially carpet and curtains.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was excellent, the view is a breathtaking one, and very convenient that thres a carrefour in the same building. Also not forgetting Hillary for he's warm welcome and hospitality.

Pros: Very nice apartment, building looks still very new and great facilities. We got to know from the guy during chech out that there are many more options in the building itself and across Dubai . Hoping to come again and thanks very much for the late checkout.

Good for our stay .

Pros: Nice room, good building a s swimming pool nice. We stayed for few nights, enjoyed the area though our check-in was delayed bc of security deposit issue. But all okay.
