Excellent

Pros: The location and accessibility of the property are truly excellent, offering both convenience and comfort for visitors. The view is very pleasant; however, it is worth noting that a full Burj Khalifa view is currently restricted due to a nearby building under construction, with only the upper edge visible. Transportation is exceptionally convenient, with Uber services readily available at all times. Dubai Mall is just a short and comfortable 10-minute walk away, making this an ideal choice for shopping and leisure. The property is very well maintained, reflecting high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Communication with the host has been consistently good—prompt, clear, and professional—further enhancing the overall experience. Overall, this is an excellent stay that combines prime location, ease of access, and reliable hosting, making it highly recommended for both short and extended visits

Cons: They could not accommodate an early booking request, so we had to stay elsewhere. They havea high charge for early booking.

A jewel in the heart of downtown.

Pros: We were probably the second or third client. Everything was brand new and therefore clean. Nothing was missing. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get. Great contact with the person in charge, before, during and after the journey. Fantastic place in the best location possible. The price was right. I suppose beacuse it was new and without review but more so because we came in the low season, mid July.

Cons: can't find anything.
