the owner was super super nice and attentive the building was quiet and relaxing with supernarkets a few steps away.

Pros: it was just the right size and cozy with a decent amount of sunshine!

Cons: it was a bit far from the metro for someone as lazy as me 😂 and there are definitely no cabs arnd

It met my expectations in comfort, price, location, and service. Highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment is fabulous, a 8-minute walk from the metro station, with shops on the first floor for groceries. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwave, etc. Very comfortable and clean. The host, Luca, is wonderful. Very attentive and always on top of everything. Rated 10/10, highly recommended. I stayed for work for 7 nights, everything was wonderful without any issues.

Cons: I really liked everything. The only thing is that the area is residential, not very commercial. If your purpose of travel is tourism, you won't find much commercial activity nearby. However, you're just a couple of metro stations away from places like Dubai Marina, for example. Everything is manageable.
