Pros: Joli duplex avec vue sublime.sur un lac et des buildings, bien équipé, propre, et idéalement situé à proximité de deux supérettes, de nombreux restaurants et à 10 minutes à pied du métro. Le personnel de l'accueil est très sympathique. Vous avez la possibilité de laisser vos bagages le dernier jour dans un local sécurisé.

Cons: La literie du canapé lit n'est pas confortable. Le matelas est ultra fin et le sommier grince. De plus, une fois le canapé lit déplié il n'y a plus de place dans le salon. L'appartement est idéal pour deux personnes, pas plus.

Fantastic property, great value for money, one of the best short stay accoms in Dubai

Pros: I arrived late at night and the check in process was seamless. High level of cleanliness and a wonderful spacious apartment with a fantastic view down over the lake and Almas Tower. Everything I needed was at hand and a well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea, coffee and water. Also toiletries were included and the bathroom has been upgraded to a very high standard. Also I locked myself out by mistake in the morning and someone responded to my message immediately and was at the property within 10 minutes to open the door for me. This is a high level of customer response and service and I really appreciated the kindness and effort to come to me at such an early time of the day. I have stayed in another property managed by the host and I must say these properties overall are the best that I have stayed in in Dubai in terms of service, cleanliness, location and ease of process. Highly recommend !

Pros: The duplex layout makes your experience different, there is a super market just outside the building.
