Amazing Studio, Amazing Building, Amazing Location!

Pros: This studio in Dubai Marina was my best stay so far. The view is amazing — you see the canal even from the bed. Wow. The apartment is spacious, clean, and feels high-end. The location is amazing: the building sits right on the Marina Promenade (less than 30 seconds), JBR is under 90 meters / 1–2 minutes, and Bluewaters Island is about 3 minutes. The metro is also close, very easy. :D The building is the most beautiful I’ve seen in Dubai Marina, new and very elegant. At night it lights up like crystals, really special. The gym is super well equipped, and the pool has a great view of the skyscrapers. Loved both. The host was always available, very kind, and also funny. Communication was quick and simple. In short: a great experience. “Wow” view, luxury building, top location, and excellent host. I would come back for sure.

Loved the view, loved the stay

Pros: My experience in this studio was excellent. The apartment is comfortable, well kept, and surprisingly spacious for a Dubai studio, with all the essentials. The balcony looks over Dubai Marina with a view that’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been coming to Dubai for years and know the area well: the tower is one of the most luxurious in Dubai Marina, right on the Marina Promenade by the Al Sayorah bridge (JBR side),perfect for JBR Beach and Bluewaters. You’re under 2 minutes on foot to JBR, 30 seconds to the Promenade, and a short walk to the metro. The gym is well equipped, the pool is beautiful, and the sauna and Turkish bath are great. The host was very kind and helpful. Overall, a perfect stay. 💓

Шикарные апартаменты с видом и рядом с пляжем

Pros: Мы с моей девушкой останавливались в этих апартаментах— всё прошло просто отлично. Жилой комплекс — самый роскошный из всех, что я видел в Дубае, реально как в 5-звёздочном отеле. Квартира идеальная: очень чисто, всё новое и ухоженное, интерьер стильный. Вид — супер: утром по каналу Dubai Marina Walk проходят лодки, смотреть на это одно удовольствие. Я жил в разных зданиях в Дубае, но это — номер один по уровню и комфорту. Расположение отличное: рядом станция метро, меньше минуты до JBR (пляжа) и острова Bluewaters. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень добрый и внимательный, всегда был на связи и помогал. Смело рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь ещё раз.
