Modern, and spacious 11th floor apartment with great view from balcony.

Pros: Spacious, and modern apartment right opposite Burj with partial views of the fountain. Really great location with lots of nearby cafe’s and a local supermarket to stock up the kitchen. The best part of the apartment is the balcony, overlooking the city and pool.

Cons: The one bedroom with a double bunk was very small.

Perfect!

Pros: We stayed here as a family with two kids and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine which was very handy. Beds were comfortable and the location was excellent — walking distance to Dubai Mall and lots of food options nearby. Check-in was smooth and the host was quick to reply to messages. Overall, very family-friendly and we would happily stay again.

Amazing place

Pros: The cleanliness of the property was amazing The view from the balcony was breathtaking But what made my short stay so welcoming was the host , everything was appointed out to me in great detail and that made it hassle free

Cons: Highly recommend close to the main mall and Burj khalifa virtually 5 minutes walk and plenty of restaurants would stay again

Amazing facility at an excellent location

Pros: Ah, almost everything. The host, Mr Adam, the facilities, and the amenities all added to our fantastic experience. The prompt response(s), the warmth and the professional attitude of Adam is what make this amazing stay and extraordinary one

Cons: There was hardly anything to put into that category
