Pros: Contact with Mr. Sarabjeet Singh was very well, he was very nice and helpfull!

Cons: Part of the keys was not so easy for us because the guys on the reception didn't know anything about the booking, because of a third party included. They also didn't find our names. They didn't help very much, they said they also don't know who to call. Later on they went to the room (for the second time) and found the key and pass and handed over to us!
