Comfortable, clean and pleasant

Pros: Clean and comfortable with nice views and a pool and basic gym.

Cons: Smell of cooking.

It was a good stay with exceptional service from Mahfoud.

Pros: The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal view from the balcony. Also I’d like to special mention Mahfoud for being so kind and attentive to their guests.

Cons: While I understand this isn't a hotel, I was surprised that long-term stays don't include regular cleaning or toiletry refills. In contrast, short-term stays seem to receive these standard amenities after each checkout.
