Pros: Excellent location and very nice new apartments. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you may need. There is also a wonderful balcony — perfect for morning coffee and for enjoying warm, relaxing evenings. The underground parking was extremely convenient. Traveling without a car might be a bit challenging, but since we had one, getting around was easy. Kite Beach is only about 10 minutes by car, and Mall of the Emirates is also nearby, with a large Carrefour hypermarket inside. All our questions were answered quickly, and the communication was smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, нам очень понравились, даже превзошли наши ожидания. Фото соответствует, очень уютно, красиво,чисто. На кухне все необходимое, посуда, чай, кофе. Постельное белье, полотенца белоснежные. Фен, тапочки, моющие средства - все было. Расположены в новом жилом комплексе, в подъезде консьерж, окна не на стройку. Хозяин был очень вежлив, всегда на связи, отвечал на все вопросы. Ключи нас ждали в апартаментах. До пляжа 10 минут пешком, по дороге есть супермаркет. До метро Mall of Emirates около 2 км, там большой торговый центр и гипермаркет. Нам проживание понравилось, остановились бы еще раз. Рекомендую.

Pros: Прекрасные апартаменты в хорошем месте. Очень уютно, хороший дизайн, все новое. Оборудованная кухня. Особое спасибо за кофе машину с приличным количеством капсул. Балкон с видом на котором приятно выпить кофе с утра.

Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros: Tolle Lage, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die untergehende Sonne war ein Traum.

Pros: I’m absolutely delighted with my stay! 🌟 The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos - everything is new, fresh, and perfectly maintained. The place is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with every little detail you might need - from toothpaste and a dental kit to tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water. I was especially impressed to find laundry detergent provided along with the washing machine - something you rarely see in other apartments! Everything worked perfectly, and the furniture was in excellent condition. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant. The building is peaceful, and the manager deserves special thanks - always available 24/7, ready to help with any questions or issues. I truly felt safe, cared for, and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended - 100%!

Pros: I had a very good experience, everything was great. Beautiful flat, walking distance to Medinat Souq, helpful staff, amenities and facilities were great.

Pros: Realy best stay in Dubai, Very peaceful and nice place, best for relax, doing postpone works😉, sleep enough free of any noise. Mr kamran made a perfect reception full of information and arrange everything for check in fast. Appreciate this team for this stay
