FAM Living - Bayz Tower by Danube - Business Bay

I’d happily stay again. The overall experience was great, and the team made us feel welcome.

Pros: I had a really enjoyable stay at Bayz Danube. The staff were excellent throughout, especially Tehzeen and Maria, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick to help. The apartment itself was spacious with nice rooms, and the view from the balcony was a real highlight. The self-catering setup was handy, and the on-site facilities like the swimming pool and gym were genuinely great.

Cons: A few things could be improved. There was a mixup when we first arrived but was quickly fixed. A toaster would have been useful, as the grill oven was awkward to use. We also had a gutter smell for a couple of days, though the team acted immediately once we reported it and even provided an electronic air freshener. A simple apartment guide would have made a big difference too. For example, we didn’t realise the second bed in the living room was electronically controlled, so a quick manual would have saved some time. Some softer lighting in the living room, like a floor or table lamp, would have helped when the ceiling lights felt too bright. The jacuzzi in the spa area has definitely seen better days, and the sauna could do with a ladle for the water.

Pros: Nice studio with balcony. Friendly and professional staff at the 20 floor and helpful security staff.

Pros: This building is located in the business Bay area with a lot of restaurants and places to go to . A supermarket is just at the bottom of the building, also a pharmacy. There is a 24/7 security. The studio has everything . Small kitchen well equipped with a washer for your clothes. The whole building is clean and modern .

good value for money

Pros: great location, easy access to restaurants or just to walk about. all necessary amenities are available in the room. even an air fryer is available.

Cons: payment process was a long uncomfortable one. the only payment option available was through payment link and there is a aed 2000 security deposit which is not mentioned in the payment page, but in another page which is unlikely to even be browsed.it is a refundable deposit, so this was a surprise. otherwise it is a great place to stay, good value for money

Pros: الموقع جيد يوجد سوبرماركت أسفل العمارة يوجد مواقف سيارات خاصة

Cons: لم يتم إرجاع التأمين إلا بعد شهر من المتابعة والازعاج. الانتظار الطويل عند بوابة المواقف للدخول والخروج. لا يوجد تنظيف يومي.

Pros: Me gustó mucho el apartamento, es un poco pequeño, pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, el lugar es muy agradable, las zonas sociales está muy bien
