great location in JBR, close to restaurants/bars, tram and Marina

Pros: Location is excellent, at one end of JBR. Easy and close walk to the JBR tram, restaurants/bars and the Marina. Good size apartment. Has a small kitchen but plenty big enough to do some cooking. Living area and bedroom was also a good size and spacious.

Cons: We didn't have hot water but as it was summertime and very hot and we only stayed for the 1 night, we didn't try to get it fixed. It's not really a negative and would definitely stay again.
