Burj Khalifa view modern 1BHK with balcony

Pros: Clean place, has everything you need to stay, location is good, new building with perfect AC and GYM. People here are nice helpfull also.

Pros: Everything. Very confortable and clean apartment, the host was very responsive and amenities are top notch.

Cons: The only small thing was the noise coming from the road on the balcony, but otherwise, everything was perfect

It was a lovely, new and clean apartment with a very kind host.

Pros: The apartment was clean, new and well maintained. We enjoyed the long balcony with great views. The rooms were also very soundproof. We rented a car and had our own parking spot. The building is brand new and offers a gym and a pool which we both enjoyed. The location is well situated for all the tourist activities.

Very comfortable apartment stay in Dubai

Pros: The hosts were very friendly, very quick to respond to questions, and very clear in their directions. The building is new, and the apartment was very comfortable and modern. Currently, there was very little in terms of dining options within walking distance, but the area seems to be undergoing rapid expansion. Would definitely stay here again when in Dubai.

Cons: Dining options were limited. Whether true or not, Google maps suggested restaurants within a 6 minute drive were an 8-hour walk away. Could be a limitation of Google maps, and/or the large amount of construction happening in the area.

Séjour agréable et confortable

Pros: L appartement de standing est bien équipé, calme, propre avec 1 balcon spacieux et une vue sur le Burj Khalifa, franchement pas mal. La résidence est très sécurisée, avec taxis permanents au pied de la résidence, bien situé pour se rendre aux différents endroits à visiter. Le propriétaire est serviable et à disposition si besoin.

Cons: Je recommande quand même de louer 1 voiture même si il y a des taxis à disposition en bas de la résidence, il y a des parkings en sous sol.

Pros: Locatie frumoasa,curata,aproape de majoritatea punctelor de atractie turistice din Dubai,raport calitate-pret,isi merita banii,Gazda Hussein foarte amabil si de ajutor!

Pros: Le propriétaire est très a l'ecoute de nos besoin et nous a tout faciliter. 10/10 immeuble de standing et personnel au top et respectueux du calme

Pros: مكان نظيف وجديد، اصحاب الشقة متعاونين ومعاملتهم راقية، الموقع مميز قريب من كل شيئ.

Pros: الموقع ممتاز جدا وقريب من السنتر وبعيد عن الزحمه البنايه هادئه جدا وجديده سهوله الدخول والخروج في اي وقت المضيف متعاون جدا ومتأح للإجابة عن أي سؤال ..
