Pros: Very good location by the lake close to jogging course, shops and restaurants. Nice gym. Nice view of lake and skyscrapers. Admin manager was very helpful.

Cons: Light can be improved. The room was a bit dark.

Friendly Host and Convenient Location

Pros: Very friendly host who answered our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival. Self check in was easy to use and we were able to check in early. Mid week complimentary cleaning service was great, beds changed, new towels and a general tidy/clean up. Roof top pool was easily accessible and a nice clean area. Secure location close to main tram/train stop and lovely surrounding area on the lake with lots of places to eat.

Cons: There was a dip in the bed/mattress on one side which made it slightly uncomfortable. A little dark at times mostly due to dark furniture.

All in all great stay. Thanks to Normy!

Pros: Everything was good right from the start. Normy - the guest relation officer is a superb guy. He responded to most of our needs. The studio apartment is laced with all the modern facilities. The whole kitchenette was there. Nearest metro is Sobha Realty which is exact 1500 steps away. There are bunch of grocery stores at the ground floor from where you can buy your daily stuffs. There are Asian and Indian restaurants too at the ground floor.

Cons: Nothing in specific. Like I said - everything was good from the start.
