Appartment in Downtown Dubai mit spektakulärer Aussicht, aber etwas Verbesserungspotential.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in Downtown Dubai mit direktem Zugang zur Dubai Mall. Das Appartment befindet sich im 36. Stock des selben Gebäudes wie das Kempinski Hotel, dessen Swimming Pool man benützen kann. Im Preis ist auch ein Parkplatz im angeschlossenen Parkhaus inkludiert. Spektakulär ist der (etwas seitliche, aber überwältigende) Ausblick vom Balkon auf den unmittelbar benachbarten Burj Khalifa und die Skyline von Downtown Dubai. Auch die Nähe zur Metro Station ist ein Vorteil.

Cons: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist leider etwas schwierig: Obwohl wir Kopien unserer Reisepässe auf die Homepage des Vermieters hochgeladen hatten, erhielten wir immer wieder automatisierte Aufforderungen, dies neuerlich zu tun. Außerdem ist die bekanntgegebene Adresse \
