Comfortable apartment and great host support

Pros: I had a great experience staying at Aircay Holiday Homes. The check-in instructions were clear, the apartment was clean and well-prepared, and the location was convenient. Communication was smooth and professional throughout. Special thanks to Jennifer for being helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and well-equipped modern apartment. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Really nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Metro is a 5-minute walk, JBR about 10 minutes, with supermarkets and restaurants just 2–3 minutes away. Kitchen has all the amenities you need.

Cons: I arrived around midnight and the guard hadn’t been informed, which caused a delay in me getting in. Also, the AED 1,000 refundable deposit was only communicated a day before arrival. Not major issues, but sorting these earlier would’ve made it a 10/10 stay.

Satisfactory.

Pros: In the apartment, the ambience, furniture, kitchen utensils, layout, wall colors, lightings were really nice.

Cons: 1. Corridor to the flat did not have a good smell. 2. Communication before check-in was not smooth. 3. No alternative to drop luggage due to check in/out times and flight arrival/departure times. 4. No access card provided to the main entrance, so you had to depend on the Guards to grant you access. 5. Add more bathing soap.

Great value for the money, comfortable and conveniently located

Pros: Close proximity to the city center and major malls etc.

Cons: Lift may need fanciful decoration. Not really vital to be honest
