Pros: I liked the place very much and the person who gave me the apartment was excellent. His name is Hozifa, he was a very good person and very helpful. I was very happy with the stay.

Very close to Burj Khalifa! Absolutely worth for the money!

Pros: Excellent Location! 10 mins walk from Burj Khalifa, fountains and Dubai Mall! Not far from the beaches either. Hop on a cab and you will get everywhere in no time. The apartment was clean and big enough for 4 people. Had a terrace with canal view which is amazing at night! The host was very friendly and helpful. In general most of the local people in Dubai are such a help for tourists!

Cons: The host was amazing but the actual hotel staff were a bit unfriendly. I needed a broom and a mop because during your stay you don’t get housekeeping, so went down to reception to ask for one to clean myself and was sent to the shop to buy one because apparently they didn’t have one in the whole building. I think you should have housekeeping specially if you are staying for over 3 days.

Pros: Location was great around 20-25 minutes walk to Dubai Mall. Room was cleaned really well and included everything we needed.

Cons: When we arrived there was no one there from Staycae. I had advised them beforehand of our arrival time as we were arriving early but there was no one there to meet us. The security staff in reception were quite helpful and tried to contact staycae but there was not much response from them. They finally arrived around 11.30 and got us checked in by 13.00. 4 hours later of our arrival. Book an extra night if you are arriving early as there is very little chance of early check in. There is no where to wait apart from a small reception with a few seats.

Pros: Very clean and spacious with a nice balcony with a lovely view. You will have everything you need for your stay.

Pros: I had a great experience staying here. The apartment is in a very good location, making it easy to get around, and the added convenience of parking is a big plus. Inside, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it’s a clean, convenient, and well-situated place that I would definitely recommend and book again for me

Pros: اناقة ونظافة المكان وقريب من معالم الجذب السياحي مثل برج خليفه ودبي مول والنافورة وسوق البحار ويوجد مني ماركت تحت الفندق بالضبط وراح اكرر الزياره باذن الله واحب اشكر الاخ((ايلي)) على لطافته وتعاونه شخص محترم وودود

Cons: The kitchen & bathrooms were full of small insects Have to wait every time for the security to open the parking gate, told them to register the plate number but they didn’t

Pros: Good, clean property. Right size for couple. Close walking distance to Dubai Mall. Thanks to Eliah for smooth accommodation process on arrival.

Cons: Kitchen space could be a little bit bigger.
