Pros: It is very close to centre like 10 min walk to burj , very nice building and great stuff

Cons: The apartament looks like in pictures from far but if u look closer some parts are a bit old but nothing to be a problem

Pros: The apartment was nice, with good space in each room. Lovely view of Burj Khalifa from the Balcony. The host Sohail was very helpful.

Cons: The Pool area does not see much sunlight due to the surrounding buildings. Aprtment rate is a bid expensive, and we had to pay 350 AED for cleaning, seperate from the rate displayed at booking.com. And then also 1000 AED as deposit, which you get back after check-out. (we faced no problem getting this amount back though). Just be aware of it.

Great business stay in Dubai Downtown

Cons: Ogni tanto i taxisti facevano fatica a trovare l'indirizzo
