Pros: Ahmed from the support team was excellent from start to finish. I accidentally left my towel in the room, and he kindly brought it back to me. His assistance was much appreciated.

Cons: It could be cleaner. Specially the furniture.

Pros: Facilities and instant replies from the hosts. Very welcoming. The place was clean and big with an exception view of Dubai skyline. Was also close to town.

Cons: Nothing 😅

Friendly short term rental

Pros: I’ve had a great experience with Jay and the other staff members I communicated with via WhatsApp. They were very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Jay, in particular, always greeted us with a smile, which added a personal touch to our stay. The apartment and building are stunning, with the pool and gym area being standout features. The location is convenient, though we recommend having a car since Dubai is a vast city and many destinations are far apart. Additionally, sidewalks are not always standard here.

Cons: A note of caution: the mattress is extremely firm—uncomfortably so at first. While my body eventually adjusted, it might not suit everyone. It would be a good idea for the host to consider replacing the mattress with one that caters to a wider range of preferences.
