Pros: Comfortable furnishings. Nice looking apartment. Great views. Good location near supermarkets and cafes.

Cons: Apartment aircon wasn't working when we arrived. Had to wait for technician. Poor quality cookware supplied - a surprise as the rest of the furnishings were good quality. Washing machine was mouldy and dishwasher unclean. Ran empty cycles to clean them before use. No photos of bathrooms on the website as they are a little on the old side, but clean.

We had the best time ever. Fab apartment, host and location all staff on site were so friendly and helpful

Pros: The apartment was stunning and spacious and very clean. The views were amazing and from every room. We loved everything about it. We would definitely 100 percent recommend it. The Marina is my favourite place and you come straight onto it. Location could not be better. The hosts Frank Porter were excellent.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Very good place to stay if u like high floor with the view

Pros: We stayed 2 nights. Very clean. Great location. Was missing a WhatsApp number to communicate. The only pb was very high floor 46. It took time to reach with many stops on the way.

Pros: We had a fantastic holiday with our friends, staying in the apartment from February 13th, 2025, for a week. The administrator was very helpful, sending us detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and how to access the property. They responded promptly to our emails, which made everything run smoothly. The location of the apartment is ideal—it’s just a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself offers amazing views of the Gulf and the Ain Dubai Observation Wheel, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. It was especially convenient for two couples, as it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others seeking accommodation in the area. We absolutely love Dubai and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Cons: Booking the apartment, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance about the deposit we were required to pay (it was done before arriving). Unfortunately, we did not notice or see this information, and it would have been useful to know beforehand:)

Pros: First, The apartment is in great location,opposite Dubai Marina Mall, apartament in excellent condition, absolutely clean, this is the case when, look better in reality than in the photos, situated at the 46-th floor, absolutely superb view to the Marina channel, The host is responsible, responded promt to the messages, easy communication, everything was great Thank you a lot, next time definitely return back.

Luxusní apartmá s nádherným výhledem

Pros: Krásný luxusní apartmán s ještě hezčím výhledem ze 46. patra. Prostě nádhera. Super výchozí pozice. Dubai Marina, centrum turistického ruchu.

Idéal pour séjourner

Pros: Large appartement pour 4 personnes, sans vis à vis au quarante sixième étage. Proche des supermarchés, toujours un taxi disponible côté rue et la marina côté cour…

Tökéletes a város felfedezésére

Pros: A Dubai Marina mellett, az egyik toronyház 46. emeletén található a lakás. Minden szobából csodás kilátás nyílik a városra és a Bluewaters-negyedre a Dubai Ainnal (óriáskerék). A lakásba kóddal jutottunk be, ha béreltünk volna autót, a mélygarázsban parkolhattunk volna. A lakás sokkal szebb élőben, mint a képeken! Nagyon igényes, letisztult a berendezés. Tökéletes tisztaság fogadott, az ágyak szuper kényelmesek. A környéken rengeteg étterem található, a közelben vannak boltok, a villamos megállója két perc, azzal a legegyszerűbb eljutni a metróig, bár mi főleg Uberrel közlekedtünk. A Jumeirah Beach tíz perc séta, a Dubai Ain max fél óra gyalog. A kikötőből komphajók és városnéző hajók is indulnak. A ház medencéjét és a 49. emeleten lévő edzőtermet térítésmentesen használhattuk. A kommunikáció a tulajdonossal nagyon gördülékenyen ment, mindenben segített. A wifi gyors.

Cons: Bár vittünk magunkkal átalakítót a konnektorokhoz, éjjel 1kor megérkezve jól jött volna, ha ott vannak bekészítve a hálószobákban és nem kell nekiállni a bőröndöket túrni. Filléres tétel.

Geweldig verblijf, tikkeltje te duur

Pros: De ligging en de grootte van het appartement. Het appartement is erg mooi en erg fijn. De keuken had genoeg spulletjes om zelf te koken. Pannen zijn iets wat gedateerd en 'PFAS' pannen. Geen gezonde pannen. Liever RVS of staal.

Cons: De cleanness had wat beter gekund en er waren kleine dingetjes kapot. Buiten op straat liggen allemaal prostitutie kaartjes. Dat is op z'n zachtst gezegd, niet okay.
