GuestReady - Downtown lux near Burj Khalifa

Pros: The support team were very quick to respond to our needs during our stay. It was the first time we had travelled abroad with our baby and the host team made an excellent effort to welcome and help us.

Excellent stay. Trouble free in and out. Super!

Pros: Muzamiru was at the property prior to my arrival. He was most helpful and explained everything and continuous communicated during the stay to make sure all is well. Excellent work my friend. Thank you

Cons: It would have been nice if there was some coffee or tea bags as a small welcome pack.

Great location and very good apartment with huge kitchen inventory.

Pros: A lot. Big kitchen inventory! The apartment is beautiful and it is made to really live there and not only sleep and eat outside. We were unlikely and the fridge broke. But the first question of the host was if we need a temporary small one for the remaining 2 days. Great host!

Pros: Tout ! L'emplacement L endroit en lui-même magnifique! Appartement, magnifique et bien décoré et très spacieux Et l'accueil et disponibilité du personnel au top

Pros: Great location! Burj Khalifa is literally downstairs, so it's super easy to just go grab some food or go shopping. Apartment was very spacious and pretty clean overall (except for bathroom - read below).

Cons: In the apartment, the bedroom windows and shutters were broken and wouldn't close all the way so you can hear some noise from the outside at night and wouldn't be able to block out the lights properly either with shutters being stuck in one position. Staff was kind of annoying (pinging me multiple times in WhatsApp asking for a review, but not really being helpful). They didn't provide us with a parking card, even though they promised we'll get it the next day after checking-in - so we had to call security and wait for them to open the door to parking multiple times a day. Not cool. Had some issues with bathroom - leaky shower with water drops dripping, despite the tap being closed all the way, and also a bad toilet smell coming from the shower (lasted a few days and then went away). Despite these issues, would still rate pretty good.

Pros: The location is perfect . It is spacious with great closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Cons: The entrance was not clear. I had to wait around 10 mins for them to meet me and let me in. The kitchen blinds were stuck, there is no privacy since the window view is the outside corridor.

Generelt tilfreds

Pros: Super dejlig placeringen, lækker og ren lejlighed. 5 min gå gang til Dubai Mall, rigtig tæt på spise steder. Billederne lyver ikke.

Cons: Det havde været dejligt at få den rette adresse fra start.. Lidt stressende.
