Pet-Friendly Gem with a Great Host

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Super plus points for accommodating our chihuahua puppy, which is honestly very hard to find in U.A.E. The host was very responsive, easy to communicate with and always helpful. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and well-maintained.

Felt like staying home

Pros: Spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable felt like home. The property had everything needed during our stay and also very close to restaurants. So no stress about finding something to eat.

Cons: Everything was good but just a suggestion. The toilet seat was a-bit wobbly which needs fixing and upgrade the bedding. Other than that everything was excellent.

Pros: The apartment was clean with a lot of good facilities. Mr. Bahaa was a super host who helped with everything. Was very cooperative. The location is very good. Parking slot was available. He was flexible in the checkout process. I am definitely coming back.

Cons: The construction noise around the apartment was going on day and night. Nothing can be done unfortunately because Dubai government allows them to work 24 hours. Though Mr. Bahaa, the host, was very supportive and helpful.

Pros: Просторная студия, в которой нам было комфортно с двумя детьми 10 и 13 лет. Всё, что нужно, в ней есть. Максимально гостеприимный и дружелюбный хозяин. Рядом бесплатная парковка на улице и магазины. Большое спасибо!

Cons: Возможно, стоит кое-что отремонтировать, но это не критично за такую стоимость. Рядом сейчас идёт стройка - учтите, если любите поспать до поздна. Нам она не мешала.

Nice

Pros: Bahaa is an exceptional host, very considerate and quick to respond to any requests. Communication is always easy, which is one of the reasons we keep extending our stays. The apartment is simple but has everything we need. While some areas could use an upgrade or improvement, overall, we always have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons: The A/C could use some cleaning, as the air can get a bit dusty in the room. It would also be great to update the bedsheets and bath towels for added comfort.
