Great place to stay at the marina with excellent facilities.

Pros: Great clean pools (suitable for lap swimming) and a large gym with a good range of equipment. The apartment had fantastic views of the marina and two balconies to enjoy the balmy temperatures. The living area was spacious as were the bedrooms and everything was clean. The location was excellent for walking to activities and restaurants within the marina area and it was easy to get taxis to downtown. Our host (Nehal) was very responsive and a problem with the shower was sorted rapidly.

Pros: Location was perfect. Lounge overlooks the Marina. Walk out the back of the building and you are on the Marina walk. Walk out the front and it’s a 20 mins walk to JBR beach. Apartment is on floor 13. Pool is very nice.

Cons: We had a few issues - no hot water - but this was quickly resolved with the installation of a new water tank.

Amazing place with an amazing view

Pros: The customer experience agent Ahmad was super helpful during the entire stay :) Whenever there was some question he immediately replied via WhatsApp. Although I arrived early in the morning I could check in to my apartment right away. The gym has all the equipment needed for a full body workout and the infinity pool area with view on the Marina is super cool.

Pros: This place was very nice for a vacation. We had everything we needed, the view and the building were great. Ahmad waited for us to show us the place and give us the keys to the apartment. He made sure we have everything we need and we enjoy our stay. Great services over all and will definitely come back here in the future!

Spacious two bed appt in good location.

Pros: Good location. Nice view. 2 balconies. Very helpful reception staff. Ahmed who checked me and and saw me out of the property was charming and helpful

Cons: Very 90’s decor - couldn’t get TV to work. Poorly equipped kitchen with no welcome pack bar tea bags/coffee pods. Fridge and freezer badly need defrosting. One loo would not flush. Agreed curtains in main bedroom. Could not get proper not water. Just warm enough to shower (water heaters were all switched on. Despite all this and more it’s still a nice appt
