Vogue Downtown Views II with Direct Access to Dubai Mall Via a Climate Controlled Bridge

Clean well and Equiped and good service

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well equiped with almost everything you would need during your stay . Dinesh the owners agent was friendly and very responsive.

Cons: The listing boasts that the building is directly connected to the Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned bridge. THIS IS NOT TRUE. you need to exit the building and walk outdoors and then through 2 carparks and cross a small street then take a lift to reach the bridge. The internet speed is adequate for simple browsing and messaging but it is dysfunctional for seiouse use - a short video of 38 seconds took over 30 minutes to upload. The apartment is smallish about 750- 850 sq ft.

It was really good. Felt safe, however staff could be better and pool rules needs to change

Pros: It was in a good location, good view of the burj khalifa and 5 min walking distance from Dubai mall. It was a good size. 24 hr Convenience shop and other stores very close by and within walking distance. Safe area.

Cons: Pool and gym area closes at 10PM and also unable to access the areas after this time. Staff at desk are not helpful at all, will always ask to contact host and the host was also very unhelpful, stated to contact whenever we needed him. Constant late replies, took them 3 days to set up sofa bed. No extra clean towels, no where to empty bins/rubbish, not enough toilet paper for 4 people for a 10 day stay. The host stated he would help us store our luggage as we had a late flight and early check out but when it came to this, he stated there was no room in the storage unit and did not provide anywhere else for us to store our luggage. Overall, communication was really poor and host was very unhelpful, as well as the concierges. The concierge would constantly disappear and leave a sign saying he was with another resident but was actually in the shop next door. The lifeguards around the pool are quite strict unable to play ball games in pool or eat by the pool.

Pros: Muneer helped us check in and he was very helpful. its beautiful property at beautiful location, i will definitely will visit again.

Overall the stay was good.

Pros: We loved the view and the easy commute to everywhere.

Cons: I wish the security guards were helpful. One time I asked for wifi connection as my sim ran out of data, but the guard in lobby said he does not know the wifi password.

Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Dubai with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from every window!

Pros: Great location. Great amenities. Wonderful staff with easy access to property manager around the clock through text or call.
