Overall great experience and would visit again

Pros: Great location and being connected to Dubai mall was excellent particularly during this summer heat. Decent size studio apartment and the bed and duvet was very comfortable.

Cons: The room cleaning service happens once in 4 days, it would be better if it happens once in 2-3 days max. Check in time of 4pm is too late and could be brought earlier to 12-2pm max

The place to stay in Dubai Downtown

Pros: The boss and all the team had always been available to assist me ar anytime. The apartment is fully equipped and very well cleaned. It is located in a fantastic hotel where you can enjoy an amazing swimming pool, a state of the art gym . There are cafes and restaurants inside the building. And it takes a minute walk to step inside Dubai Mall. Actually the building is attached to the Dubai Mall galleries! Everything has surpassed my expectations. So happy. Higly recommended

Fantastic 4 nights , I will definitely keep it on top list next time I am in dubai.

Pros: Location, views and build quality. The helping staff mr umesh was very helpful.

Cons: The very close proximity to Dubai mall makes getting to other places a bit of hassle but most stuff u need to do in Dubai is at Dubai mall.

I was very pleased, clean, central.

Pros: Entering the mall with just one elevator. During my stay, I was able to establish very close communication with the person assigned to me.

Cons: The only thing is; I found the check-in and check-out times strange. If you want to check in late, there are no staff available. Choose your flight ticket accordingly and don't be left stranded that night.
